The PROCAM is a 3D laser camera designed for
industrial inspection and quality control improvements. It is
also versatile enough to be used for scanning 3D
objects and reverse engineering.
The PROCAMcamera is a 3D laser camera
based on
triangulation method. It enables the user to measure in real-time 3D
objects at a speed of 30 frames per second. Measuring tools includes distance , linear and arc circle
measurements. At anytime the user can pause the image and save it in
five different formats (BMP, GIF,
JPG, DXF and TXT).
The RDP3D software
also enables the user to scan a complete 3D object and saves it in
file formats applicable to other CAD software such as SolidWorks and
